Terms of Trade

Customers purchasing services from Arts in Leicestershire are notified of the following terms of trade:

1. We do not give credit. Any fees that are due must be pre-paid. In the case of customers paying on a monthly basis, the service provided is provided for the month following the payment.

2. We do not charge VAT. We are not registered for VAT. Our turnover is below the threshold at which we would need to register for VAT.

3. We reserve the right to withdraw services that have not been pre-paid.

4. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that subscriptions are renewed before they become due.

5. We do not accept cheques in payment. Cash, postal orders, internet banking transfers (BACS) and payments by PayPal are the only forms of payment we accept.

Rates and Fees

We have a rates card for advertising and this can be sent by email, on request. We often offer incentives on our standard rates.

We charge for banner advertising, block advertising, textual advertising and in-line links. We also charge for multi-method publicity campaigns.

Where we insert a link to an external web site we charge a fee for the during of this link, except where that is already included in another form of advertising or promotion. This excludes links which provide information to readers, as part of the content of the magazine.
